Blake Lively/Ryan Reynolds filed subpoenas for years of Justin Baldoni’s phone records.
While Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, acknowledges that it is very common in a civil case for subpoenas to be issued for elements like cell phone & text message records, he argues that this particular subpoena is “fragrantly overbroad” because it asks for cell phone/text message records for several years without any limitation on to/from the calls/text messages were sent.
